These Parcels are Zoned RA, Rural Areas.
Lots C4 -R and C6 each contain a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
Lot C4 -RR will have 2 Development Rights and may be further divided.
Portions of Lot C4 -R and Parcel 63A lie in Flood Zone A, areas
within the 0.1% annual chance 100 year floodplain. Most of Lot C4 -R
and all of Lot C6 lie in Flood Zone X, unshaded, areas determined
to be outside the 0.2% chance annual floodplain as shown on FIRM
Community -Panel Number 510006 0400D, effective date Feb. 4, 2005,
Lot C4 -R and Lot C6 do not lie in an agricultural- forestal district nor a water
supply protection area.
Lot C4 -R and Lot C6 lie in the North Fork Hardware River Watershed.
Lots C4 -R and Lot 6 lie in a Flood Hazard Overlay District
Under current county policy, public water and sewer service will
not be available to this lot.
The streets in this subdivision may not meet the standards for
acceptance into the secondary system of state highways and
will not be maintained by the Virginia Department of Transportation
or the County of Albemarle.
The stream buffers shown hereon shall be maintained in accordance
with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance.
No evidence was found to indicate that places of burial exist on
