As requested attached is the approved final plat for the Whittington Subdivision Phase A,this approval was very recent as of 10-29-13. The item went to SRC on May 23, 2013. If this continues and they begin grading on your property, the next step would be to call the County's Site Inspector for the site. His name is Mark Hopkins and his phone number is 434.296.5832 ext 3380. On most days he is out in the field, but he returns to the office and checks voicemail. I hope the above info illation helps remedy the situation. Also. you asked about your property being able to connect to water and sewer in the future. The current Comp Plan is under review as part of that plan is an amendment to the Southern and Western Neighborhoods, Neighborhood 5 (your neighborhood) which is currently proposed to be added to the Development Area of the County.
