If this continues and they begin grading on your property, the next step would be to call the County's Site Inspector for the site. The current Comp Plan is under review as part of that plan is an amendment to the Southern and Western Neighborhoods, Neighborhood 5 (your neighborhood) which is currently proposed to be added to the Development Area of the County.
