The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County. Regardless of whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site Review Committee meeting date at 10:00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to discuss issues and share information. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Site Review Committee, unless a written request is made for Planning Commission review by a member of the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, or an abutting property owner by the Request for Review deadline. If requested for review, the development proposal will be reviewed by the Planning Commission. All applicable dates scheduled for this development proposal are listed below.
