Phase I(SUB2013-136 and SUB2013-92).
Dear Resident:
You are receiving this letter because your property fronts a portion of Pen Park Lane that is proposed to
be realigned in association with the development of Lochlyn Hill,Phase I. As such modifications are
proposed to your driveways as depicted on the road plan(SUB2013-92)which is currently under review
in the County Office Building.Attached to this letter is a scanned copy of the applicable section of the
road plan which depicts the proposed modifications to the entrances of your property. It's staffs
understanding that the developer of Lochlyn Hill has been in contact with each of you and that you are in
agreeance to the proposed modification to your entrances.If you are not in agreeance with the proposed
modifications or have some unanswered questions about the proposed road realignment please contact me
by January 86'2014 so that I may attempt to address your concerns.
