Hi Steve, I have attached soil reports for Lots 3, 4, 5 and 4B. The reports for 3,4, & 5 need to be submitted to
Albemarle County when you submit the plat creating those lots.
When you submit the plat to subdivide Lot 3 into 3A & 313, which I assume will happen next, then at that point
my area will have already been approved, but will now be called "313". The plan, then, is to use Steve Gooch's
already approved area, for the lot that will be called "3A".
Next will be the submittal of the plat creating 4A and 4B. By that point, Lot 4 above will have already been
approved but will now be called "4A", and so you will just need to submit the soil report for 4B.
At least I think that's how it will all go. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm going to send you an
invoice for these 4 reports, plus the field work we did on September 7 for that other lot you were selling.

Hi Steve, I have attached soil reports for Lots 3, 4, 5 and 4B. The reports for 3,4, & 5 need to be submitted to
Albemarle County when you submit the plat creating those lots.
When you submit the plat to subdivide Lot 3 into 3A & 313, which I assume will happen next, then at that point
my area will have already been approved, but will now be called "313". The plan, then, is to use Steve Gooch's
already approved area, for the lot that will be called "3A".
Next will be the submittal of the plat creating 4A and 4B. By that point, Lot 4 above will have already been
approved but will now be called "4A", and so you will just need to submit the soil report for 4B.
At least I think that's how it will all go. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm going to send you an
invoice for these 4 reports, plus the field work we did on September 7 for that other lot you were selling.
