Requires right turn taper. The proposed entrance location is the only location with adequate sight distance. Alternative locations have been considered, but did not have vertical sight distance. To be located on an older, established business corridor along a highway where existing spacing did not meet the standards prior to 7/1/08 or 10/14/09. Name Remarks: 1 recommend approval of this exception based on the minimal availability of sight distance along this segment of highway. The proposed location Is only along the parcel's frontage with adequate sight distance. The applicant is also constructing a right turn taper in to the entrance to mitigate impacts from the traffic generated by this business that is open approximately 9 months out of the year.
