HomeMy WebLinkAboutZMA200400024 Special Exception Zoning Map Amendment 2015-07-08 • RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR ZMA 2004-024,OLD TRAIL VILLAGE WHEREAS,March Mountain Properties,LLC is the owner of Tax Map and Parcel Numbers 055E0-01-00-00C30,and 055E0-01-00-00C3B,and Ja-Zan,LLC is the owner of Tax Map and Parcel Numbers 055E0-01-3C-000E0 and 055E0-01-3C-000E1 (collectively,the"Owners");and WHEREAS,the Owners filed a request for a special exception to vary the Code of Development approved in conjunction with ZMA 2004-024,Old Trail Village,to permit architectural features such as front porches, stoops,and overhangs or eaves on Lots 5 through 11 in Block 3C and Lots 14 through 20 in Block 1 B of the development to encroach one(1)foot into the required twelve(12)foot sidewalk and planting strip.
