Remarks: Dear Ms. Fesquet,
In reference to SDP-96-020-"Ryder Enterprises East Major
Site Plan Amendment", Mr. Phillip Ryder wishes to defer
consideration of his request by administrative review or by
Planning Commission on April 23, 1996. As such we will
not be responding to the comments issued by various
Albemarle County Departments at this time. The reason for
the deferral is to allow Mr. Ryder more time to adequately
address the issues raised in the County comments.
It is Mr. Ryder's intention to pursue this amendment
vigorously, and he will want to resume the process as soon
as he can obtain the additional information necessary to
respond completely to the items addressed in the County's
comments.
