The last plat we did with a bonus density all we did is showed the tree line as undisturbed. Looking at what is shown below I would have to do a tree survey of all the parcels. In order to qualify for the Section 15.4.1 "Environmental Standards" bonus,we need to review a separate sheet that shows the conservation area meets the definition of a "wooded area."
