The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or eliminated based on further review. 1. [14- 302(A)2] Vicinity map. Please provide a vicinity map at a scale of one inch equals 2,000 feet. 2. [14- 302(A)5] Public easements. Please label the drainage easements as "dedicated to public use." 3. [14- 302(A)15] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Please provide and label a signature block for each authorized signatory of the Trust under Virginia Code § 55 -17.1. 4. [14- 302(B)8] Yards. Please add a note that states the setback from internal roads is 25 feet. 5. [14- 303(Q)] Water supply. This note appears on the plat twice. Please remove either Note 2 or Note 5. 6. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. I have been in contact with Dennis Seale at VDOT about the entrances. I will let you know as soon as I receive final approval. 7. [14 -309 and 310] Soil evaluations and Health Director approval. Please submit soils work for Health Department review. Please contact J.T. Please see the following comments. 1. Please provide a vicinity map. 2. Please provide the ROW width for Broad Axe Road and label it on the plan. 3. Please provide the DB and page number for the drainage easement and the permanent slope easement. 4. There appears to be critical slopes on the site. Note 8 states that parcel 2 may be further divided into 4 developments. A critical slopes waiver will be required when this site is proposed to be developed. 5. A culvert near L7 does not appear to be within the drainage easement. Please clarify. 6. Please provide a plan of the existing topography.
