The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision
plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. The following
comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or
eliminated based on further review.
[14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. I will be taking a request for a
Special Exception before the Board of Supervisors on July 3, 2013.
This item will be considered under the consent agenda because
Planning staff is supportive of waiving this requirement. Please
pay the additional required fee of $425.00.
2. 114- 302(B)71 Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. On Sheet 1,
please remove the note about this property being in the South Fork
Hardware River watershed because this is not a water supply
watershed. Please add a note that states this property is not located
in a water supply watershed.
3. 114 - 302(6)101 Stream buffers. Please revise the location of the stream buffers
shown on the plat to match the attached map. Although there may
be a stream located across Parcel "X" as shown, our GIS system
does not show that it has a buffer associated with it.
4. [General Comment] Please revise the TMP under Robert E. Johnston's name to
show TMP 109 -1.
5. [14- 308.1/17 -402] Tier II Groundwater Assessment. A Tier II Groundwater
Assessment is required for this subdivision. The results will be
included with the final plat approval. Please pay the additional fee
of $330.00.
