Newberry-Planner Date: July 12, 2013 Subject: SUB201300070 Sadler—Two-lot Division The Albemarle County Planning Services Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision plat referenced above when the following comments have been addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference in the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances,unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)1] Name of subdivision. On Sheet 1,please revise the name of this subdivision to "Two-lot Division Survey on Tax Map 114, Parcel 8C." A refund of the difference in fees has been requested (a total of$150). The payment will be mailed back to Jefferson Area Builders, Inc. 2. [14-302(B)7] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. On Sheet 1, please remove the reference to the Buck Island Creek watershed and instead note that this property is not located in a water supply watershed. 3. [14-310] Health Director approval. I am awaiting approval of the residue lot from Travis Davis at the Health Department. I will let you know as soon I receive it; I expect it to come shortly. 4. [14-317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvement. Please submit a private street maintenance agreement for review and approval by the County Attorney's Office. Please contact J.T.
