RE: Response Letter #5 for SUB2021-00165 HTC Area C Townhomes Block III - Engineering
Dear John,
Thank you for your review of the Subdivision Plats for HTC Area C Townhomes Block H. This letter
contains responses to County comments dated May 5, 2022. Our responses are as follows:
1. An approved road plan is required prior to final plat approval. Road plan (SUB202100149)
review comments were sent to Applicant, 10/19/21. Note: In addition, roads must be built or
bonded prior to final plat approval.
Noted, road plan has been bonded in December 2022 prior to Block H plat approval,
satisfying this comment.
2. Comment addressed (WPO202100041 was approved 12/17/21).
3. Maintenance agreements will be required prior to building permit approval for retaining walls
that cross property lines.
Noted. There are no retaining walls, however there is a common area (similar to the
common areas in Block H approved plat). A copy of the Covenants, Conditions &
Restrictions, which was already submitted with the Block H Plat, but also governs Block III,
has been included for reference.
We believe all the requirements for Block HI subdivision plat are now satisfied, and request plat approval.
