LOCATION: South side of S. Pantops Drive, approximately 950linear feet east of the intersection between Riverbend
Drive and S. Pantops Drive
PROPOSAL: Request for preliminary subdivision plat approval containing 13 total new lots for single-family attached
dwelling units as a cluster development on a 5.34 acre parcel for a gross density of 2.62 units/acre. Subdivision will be
served by new internal public roads and public water and sewer utilities. 1.33 acres of open space is proposed within the
development.

of the Pantops Master Plan.
The Purpose of this notice is to inform you about the proposed project, its location, and how you can access a copy of the
proposed plan and other project information, including comments from staff reviewers
Please contact the lead reviewer at blangille@albemarle.org for an online link through which you can view the plans,
reviewer comments, and provide feedback. The reviewer comments related to the proposal will be available to view on
March 3, 2023. Action on the proposed plan must be taken by March 17, 2023.
These projects are "by -right", which means that if the proposed plans meet the minimum requirements of the County's
zoning, site plan, or subdivision ordinances, they must be approved. Recognizing the importance of public comment, we
encourage you to reach out to the lead reviewer to express any concerns or questions you may have regarding the
application.
