Subject: SUB 201400056 Keswick Club — Boundary Line Adjustment

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(4 &5)] Private and public easements. The plat recorded in DB 3295 PG 33 shows both sanitary
and storm easements on TMPs 80 -10J & 80 -101; show these easements on the plat and provide the DB and
PG that recorded the easement. If they are private easements, label them as such.
2. [14- 302(B)1] General information. When this plat is ready for signature, make sure that it is printed to scale.
3. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Add the following note, "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance ".
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(8) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
