Subject: SUB 201400057 Keswick Club Parcels 8Z & 61J — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(4&5)] Private and public easements. If the new sanitary sewer easement is a private
easement, label it as such.
2. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property for subdivision. It looks like there are more recent instruments
for parcel 61J than the most recent one provided, please also list the most recent. Additionally, it looks like
a previous owner is listed on parcel 61J on Sheet 2 instead of the current owner. Make sure the correct
owner information is provided on both sheets.
3. [14- 302(B)1] General information. When this plat is ready for signature, make sure that it is printed to scale.
4. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Add the following note, "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance ".
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(8) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
