[14- 302(8)8] Yards. Revise the front setback off of State Route 6 to 75' instead of 25'. 2. [14- 303(E)] Dimension standards and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements, and shared driveways. Add a note to the plat stating that maintenance of the shared driveway shall be provided by the owners of the lots affected by the shared driveway easement, not by the Virginia Department of Transportation or the county. 3. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. The submitted soils evaluations were forwarded to the Health Department on April 9, 2014; the plat cannot be approved until their approval is received. 4. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Though not required, it is recommended that a private maintenance agreement be established for the proposed shared driveway.
