On Sheet 1, please remove the note regarding stream buffers. 2. On Sheet 2, please remove the dashed line indicating stream buffers, as well as the label "Albemarle County Water Protection Stream Buffers." [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference in the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances, unless otherwise specified.] 1. [General Comment] On Sheet 1, please remove the signature blocks for the Planning Commission. 2. [14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. Please add a note on Sheet 1 that states "Each lot contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance." [14- 302(A)10] Right of further division on proposed lots. On Sheet 1, please add a note that states "Development rights are not being affected by this plat." 4. [14- 302(A)15] Identification of all owners. On Sheet 1, please add the mailing addresses of both owners underneath their names in their respective signature blocks. 5. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning classification. On Sheet 1, please note that these properties are located in the Rural Areas (RA) and Airport Impact Area (AIA) zoning districts. 6. [14- 302(B)7] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. On Sheet 2, please show the stream buffers as shown on the attached map. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots.
