Re: Brookhill Blocks 9-11— LETTER OF REVISION TO SDP-2021-00016
Dear Mr. Langille,
Please allow this letter to serve as an official request for a letter of revision to the approved
SDP-2021-00016 for Brookhill Blocks 9, 10 & 11 The proposed changes to the approved site plan
occur in the Amenity Area in Block 11:
1. In Block 10
a. Plaza (island at Flora Court): substitute stamped concrete in a natural stone pattern
as shown to replace approved material (paver).
2. In Block 11
a. Plaza With Fire Pit:
i. revise the alignment of the Primitive Trail in adjacent to this feature to the
markup shown on the attached copy of the plan.
ii. field -adjust the grading and location of plaza to reduce its encroachment of
the stormwater easement.
iii. substitute stamped concrete in a natural stone pattern as shown to replace
approved material (paver)
b. Sport Basketball Court:
i. field -adjust the grading and location of plaza to reduce its encroachment of
the stormwater easement.
This is the 1st (First) Letter of Revision for revision proposed for the approved site plan.
We acknowledge that a total of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan.
