Please adequately address the following comments for final approval: 1. B. Stormwater Management and Mitigation Plan (WPO201300005) a. Please clarify the areas of mitigation on the plan sheets. i. The proposed stream buffer disturbance will require mitigation shown on the plan. ii. Is this plan to amend the original plan? If so, please show how and where. b. Please show the existing vegetation on the plan sheet. c. Please show any critical slopes areas on the plan sheet. 2. C. Erosion Control Plan (WPO201300005) a. Plan appears to lack enough information for construction. Please show all areas of work to construct this project. b. Please submit any information from the Army Corp of Engineers for stream disturbance. c. Appears a second construction entrance and haul road will be required for the basin on the right side of the page. d. Please label the basins for review and construction. e. Please show the calculations for the basin constructions. f. Wire-supported silt fence across a stream/swale is not approvable per VESCH. Please show how the storm flows will be addressed during construction. All construction will be performed “in the dry”. g. Please show construction/design details for the basins. h. Please show where the soil for the dams will be excavated and, if needed, how the area will be protected and reestablished with vegetation. i. Please show drainage profiles on the plan sheet. j. Please show and label the size of all drainage pipes on the plan sheet. Due to the extent of comments, additional comments or conditions may be forthcoming.
