Hi David,
I tried 44' by 28' at a 1:1 slope for wet and 2:1 slope for dry. The elevations are 591 for bottom to 592.25 for
wet. The dry elevation is 592.25 to 593.35.
Wet storage is about 1655 cf
Dry storage is about 1753 cf

A. Erosion Control Plan (WPO201300013)
1. The ST located furthest north does not appear to be necessary. A sediment trap can handle up to 3
acres of contributing drainage area. The limits of contruction for the site is about 1.14 acres.
Providing diversion dikes along the eastern and southern boundary is an option. See attached
sheet.
2. Provide calculations for the sediment trap design.
3. Please show dust control on the plan and narrative.
4. Please show the stockpile area with silt fence around it.
5. It appears that the main objective of this land disturbance is to regrade the parcel, as stated on page
3 of the narrative under the “Waste and Borrow Areas”. A grading plan is required to ensure the
topography change will not impact the adjacent properties and a SWM plan is not necessary. Refer
to our site plan checklist for grading sheet layout information.
6. It also appears that your plan is missing the title, vicinity map, and professional seal. Please
provide. Also, please sign and date the plans.
