Re: SUB202200202 Roseland Farm, LLC. BLA TMP 55-34A and TMP 55-34B - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (a)(10)] On Sheet 1 at Note 5, please add "development" before "rights" for TMP 55-341.
2. [14-302 (b)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed.
3. [14-302 (b)(5)] Per Albemarle County GIS, TMP 55-36 and TMP 55-36A are split -zoned RA and R1.
Please draw the zoning district boundary line within the parcel on the plat. State the source used to
determine the district boundaries.
4. [14-303 (n)] Statement pertaining to private improvements. On Sheet 1, please add the following note:
"Unless specifically denoted as public, the streets and other required improvements in this subdivision
are private in nature and will not be maintained by either the Virginia Department of Transportation or
any other public agency. The maintenance thereof is the mutual obligation of the affected lot owners.
Failure to maintain the improvements in substantially the same condition as originally approved by the
County may constitute a violation of County ordinance(s)."
