We have also been working on finalizing the sanitary design so that work can occur at the same time. It has been a slow process and contractors are busy these days so our little project doesn't bring a lot of interest. We will keep you posted as we move forward. It is accurate to say the lateral lines are all private down the slope to a new manhole that would be dedicated to ACSA(public) and the connection to the Rivanna manhole would be by ACSA. So the private lateral lines would terminate at the new ACSA manhole and everything would be public from there on to the Rivanna manhole. To my knowledge there is not a site plan out for this,so are they just trying to lay out the easements?There is not a site plan on this property, nor will there be; rather, they are seeking to serve these two lots with public water and public sewer.
