John, Cameron and I just became aware of the details of the intersection proffers on Sheet 16 of the approved plans. https:Hlfweb.a I bema rle.org/we bl i n k/search.aspx?d bid=3&sea rchcom ma nd=%7b%5 bCDD- Pla n n i ng%5d:%5 bAppl ication N u m ber%5d=%22SU B202100026%22%7d File titled " SUB202100026 Plan -Approved 2022-07-18" The seal is singed 6/27/22 and stamped approved 7/18/22. If you read the proffer about intersection IV (halsey and polo grounds), there is supposed to be a right and left turn. During review of the plans, this was not caught. I know the applicant submitted turn lane analysis to VDOT because it was a comment. Does VDOT think the 2 lanes are necessary? Or is one ok? We wanted to reach out to you before we dug further into the plans and proffers and notified the applicant of the next steps. Please let us know. Thanks! John Wilson, P.E.
