Boundary Line Adjustment
The initially approved plat was signed on 4/24/13 was never recorded and on sheet 2 of 4 District Ave is noted as
Public. This was a typographical error and the applicant since changed it to Private on sheet 2 of 4. The attorney
that was handling these recordings resigned last summer so this and other changes did not take place in a
reasonable timeframe. Thus the resubmittal.

Boundary Line Adjustment
The agent and myself noticed that the notary did not put a "notary #" on the plats, after some research through
Maryland notary regulations it has been determined that their notaries are not granted a notary number. Thus the
plat is good with the signature and the seal.

The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development Planner will recommend approval of the plan
referenced above once the following comments have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments
are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [Comment] It appears Note #2 (Zoning) has been modified from the initial submittal; however, the revised
note does not include the most recent ZMA reference. On the plat revise the note to include: “These
properties are proffered per ZMA2011-00004.”
2. [Comment] It appears the signature line for the agent has been removed from the plat. Revise to include
the signature block for the agent.
The County is awaiting VDOT review of the plat, once they have provided their review/approval County Staff will
forward the information to the applicant.
