Fire Rescue has no objections to the boundary line adjustments or the plat as submitted. As the development
moves forward into site plan submittal be advised that:
1. There must be a 20 feet unobstructed travel way for emergency vehicle access.
2. Roads that are 25 to 32 feet wide must have turn radii of at least 25'. Roads with a width greater than 32 feet
can have a radius less than 25'.
3. Hydrant spacing on the plan appears appropriate.

SUB201300097 Glenmore Section S5, Phase 4 — Final Plat (Johnathan Newberry)
1. The existing Comprehensive Plan Land Use'Density for this area is 2 single - family
detached units per acre or less. The density shown on the final plat is slightly over 1 unit
per acre. Therefore, VDOT has no objection to the proposed final plat as submitted.
