Subject: SUB 201300164 Strickler – Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(1)] Name of Subdivision. Please revise the Tax Map reference in the subdivision title to 42.
2. [14-302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. Provide a vicinity map.
3. [14-302(B)(6)] Tax map and parcel number. As noted above, please change the Tax Map reference in the
plat title. Please also correct the Tax Map reference in the owner signature lines.
4. [14-302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed/ agricultural-forestal district. Revise the watershed note to indicate the
parcels are located in a water supply watershed.
5. [14-302(B)(9)] Flood plain. The flood plain areas are not hatched or shaded as indicated on the plat; please
clarify.
6. [Comment] Though not required for a boundary line adjustment, you may want to verify that the drainfields
for each parcel will still be contained within the revised parcel boundaries.
