You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Zoning, building, and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor. 2. This ARB approval is only one of the approvals required prior to installing a sign. An approved sign permit is also required. DO NOT proceed with the construction or installation of your sign until you have received your signed permit. If you have questions about the status of a sign permit application, please contact the permit intake staff at 296-5832. 3.
