Jeff,
I have completed my review of the above referenced plat and offer the following comments.
1) As property is being added to the State R/W, the portion of land being added needs to be labeled with
"Dedicated to Public Use ".
2) On the plat provide the last revised date
3) Assure the surveyor signs and stamps the plat
Once all the above are completed you can move forward w/ signatures /notarization and we'll move forward
with approval of the plat.

I reviewed the plat and agree that the wording should be "Dedicated to Public Use ". This revision will clean up the right -
of -way and I have no objection to the plat with the revision noted above. Let me know if you need additional
information concerning this matter.

SUB201300066 Glenmore Way Boundary Line Adjustment and Easement Plat.
As of today, I have forwarded you a hard copy of the attached plat through inner office mail. I believe that VDOT should
review/ approve the plat as Parcel A (0.001 acres) is being added to the State R/W Rte 1054 Glenmore Way. I don't
believe VDOT will need to sign the plat, but rather the review it and approve it. I also think the appropriate verbiage
should be added to the plat "Dedicated to Public Use ". Please look over this plat and provide any input /comments you
have.
I'll be out of the office starting on Wednesday of this week and plan to return on the Tuesday the 18
