The mobile classrooms are required to provide instructional space for projected growth in student enrollment for the 2005 -06/07 school years. 2: Owner: County School Board of Albemarle County, Virginia 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, Va. 22901 3: Date: February 11, 2005 4: Magisterial District: White Hall District 5: County: Albemarle 6: State: Virginia 7: TMP: 56 -17 -C 8: Zoning: R -A 9: Impervious Cover: The minor increase in storm water run -off will not significantly change existing drainage. It will sheet overland to existing storm system. Impervious cover will be 3,648sq. ft. for the four and 1,824sq. ft. for the two future sites. 10: The appropriate setbacks for R -A zoning are: front (75'), side (25') and rear (35'). The mobile classroom will be subject to these setbacks. 11: Parking: No additional spaces required. Western Albemarle requires 93 spaces based on an enrollment of 1,117 students and the parking requirement of one (1) space per 12 students. There are 411 parking spaces on the site. 12: This site is located within the watershed of the South Rivanna River Resevoir. 13: There is to be no additional lighting added. The mobile classrooms have one sixty watt lamp by each door for means of egress. 14: Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp which emits 3,000 or more initial lumens, shall be a full cutoff luminaire or a decorative luminaire with full cutoff option. 15: The spillover of lighting from parking area luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning district shall not exceed one -half (1/2) foot candle. 16: There is a fire hydrant within 350ft. of the mobile classroom. 17: The new mobile classroom will not be disturbing slopes of 25% or greater.
