I recall our last conversation and my request for an email explaining your stance on the Worrell Drive issue.
Unfortunately I don't recall ever reading your 5 -16 -13 email. After having just checked my inbox, I note that it's there
but I never reviewed this email, it was overlooked. Sorry for the hold up.
I just printed out the PDF and reviewed it against my initial comment letter dated 5 -10 -13 and I find it good to go. You
have adequately addressed all my comments. Please submit the plat w/ owner signatures and notarized.

Attached are the two sheets for the BLA TMP 78 -20M, MJH, with 20C, Worrell. The only changes you will see are per
Note 3 — I have added the two Zoning classifications on Sheet and per Note 4 — since this plat has yet to be recorded, I
have re -dated the plat instead of showing a revision date. Notes one and two concern the possible private road and
right -of -way for Worrell Dive. It is my interpretation through researching the plats for 20M, 20C and 20C1 that the
entrance shown on our BLA plat within Parcel 'X' is not a portion of Worrell Drive. I could not find anything that would

indicate that this entrance, which was a by- product of the MJH construction, is anything but an improvement to an old
access point from the Worrell property out to what was originally Willis Drive, now Martha Jefferson Drive. I think the
intent of the owners is to get this improved entrance off of MJH property and onto Worrell property and at some point
in the future they may want to consider extending it out to Worrell Drive. For your information, I did find a plat in D.B.
645 p. 439 (plat on page 446; very poor quality copy) that does show a "driveway ", assumed to be Worrell Drive, with a
40' easement that leads to Parcel B, assumed to be current Parcel 20K (I cannot confirm this as the County GIS site
seems to be down this morning). So take a look and see what you thnk but my conclusion is that Worrell Drive and any
associated access easement does not extend to Martha Jefferson Drive.
