I have completed my review of the submitted revisions and all of my comments have been addressed. I am sending
both the plat and deed to the County Attorney's Office for review this afternoon. If the deed is approved, they will send
both on to Mr. Foley for signature. If revisions to the deed are required, I will send along their comments and a revised
deed will need to be submitted.
