The retaining wall is required to ensure that a maximum slope of 2H:1 V is maintained behind the lots. The following revised sheets are included with this submission: Sheet C-1 —Cover Sheet Sheet C-25— Phase II Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Notes have been included to indicate the homeowners association shall be responsible for maintenance of the retaining wall per language in the homeowners documents for the development(similar to the other retaining walls in this development).
