[14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division. Please revise the development rights note as follows, "Parcel X is assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel 114 -6 is retaining 3 development rights and may be further divided, and when further divided one development right may be used within the 1980 boundaries of Tax Map /Parcel 114 -6 and two may be used within the 1980 boundaries of Tax Map /Parcel 114 -49 ". For clarity, you may also want to remove the notes on either side of the old parcel line on the plat itself and simply label each side with the appropriate 1980 parcel numbers. v3. / [14- 302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Revise the watershed note to say that the parcel is not within a water supply watershed. 4. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. The submitted soils evaluations were forwarded to the Health Department on May 22 the plat cannot be approved until their approval is received. 5. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Please provide VDOT approval of the proposed entrances.
