Gwen,
I have completed my review of the above referenced project and have no comments. The previous approvals from
VDOT and VDH are still valid. The previous approvals of the Declaration and Road Maintenance Agreement by the
County Attorney's Office are also still valid; these documents must be recorded with the plat. If you intend to address
parcels A, B, & C off of the proposed private street, I would recommend working with E911 (Andy Slack) to select an
appropriate name and add it the plat. Otherwise, a private street name will have to be established before the third
building permit application can be approved.
Engineering comments are attached. The plat is approvable once the bond referenced in their comments has been
posted.

WPO201200029 mitigation planting and fencing has been approved along Lickinghole Creek. The bond amount
for mitigation is $18,010, which should be posted prior to plat approval.
