The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated February 2, 2023 as follows: 1. "Development' has been added to note 5 for T.M. 54-341. 2. A revised date has been added to both sheets of the plat. 3. The zoning line for RA and R1 has been added to the plat along with a note stating the source used. 4. The statement pertaining to private improvements has been added as note H under Land Use Notes.
