Type Double -sided monument, multi- tenant Materials Aluminum, PVC, acrylic, vinyl & paint Location 1807 Seminole Trail, existing location on the north side of the site entrance as shown on the approved drawing Overall sign size 12' 2" (w) x 11' 1" (t) Tenant panel size 6' 7" (w) x 1' 2.375" (t); All four panels equal in size Text overall sign. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. PLEASE NOTE: A CHECKED BOX MEANS THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR SIGN APPROVAL X This approval does not include individual tenant panels. All future tenant panel signs require a sign permit/ARB sign application and approval. X Approved comprehensive sign criteria for future tenant panel signs include: Text color: Burgundy PMS 188C only. Graphic colors: No limit as long as the total number is limited to three and they contribute to a coordinated appearance for the overall sign. Tenant panel illumination: Internal LED, opaque background, only the text and graphic shall illuminate. • "Opaque" means that light will not pass through the material. Consequently, the color of the background portion of the face of the sign will not be visible when the sign is internally illuminated at night. If you have any question about this requirement for an opaque background, do not proceed with the construction or installation of the sign until you have spoken with County staff. • This approval requires that existing planting around the sign remain.
