On January 18, 2023 the Board of Supervisors took action on the above noted Special Exception on Tax Map Parcel
Number 06100-00-00-153A1 in the Rio District.
The Special Exception was approved by the Board's adoption of the attached Resolution.
Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the project noted
above, no uses on the property may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals have been received and
conditions have been met. This includes:
• compliance with the approved SPECIAL EXCEPTION;
approval of a BUILDING PERMIT

RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
SE 2022-00063 GREENBRIER PARK/CITY CHURCH WIRELESS
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the Memorandum prepared in conjunction with the SE 2022-
00063 Greenbrier Park City/Church Wireless application and the attachments thereto, including staffs
supporting analysis, any comments received, all of the factors relevant to the special exceptions in County
Code §§ 18-5.1.40 and t $-33.9, and the information provided at the Board of Supervisors meeting, the
Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby finds that a modified regulation would satisfy the purposes
of the Zoning Ordinance to at least an equivalent degree as the specified requirement, and that the proposed
special exception would not have adverse visual impacts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors
hereby approves a special exception to modify the requirements of County Code § 18-5.1.40(b)(2)(b) as to
Parcel ID 06100-00-00-153A1, provided that no antenna authorized hereby may exceed 1,881 square inches
in size.
