Gresham 106 East Cary Street -.4/ / lf] Richmond, Virginia 2321 ,1 CC'1 .TY , 1 23219 OF Re: Albemarle Green Apartments ;;:, Dear Mr. Gresham: I have in receipt your January 7th, 1977, letter addressed to Mary Joy Scala of the Planning Department. You requested an opinion whether or not the two (2) parking spaces per unit of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance applied to a previously approved site plan that specified one and one-half (111) spaces per unit. Mrs. Scala has requested the Zoning Adminis- trator to make an official ruling. It is the Zoning Administrator's ruling that the previously approved one and one-half (111) spaces per unit will apply. This ruling is based on the fact that the Planning Department has indicated that your design has not been changed and at this time no change in plans is contemplated. If at any time there is a change; the new zoning ordinance requirements will have to apply. If you have any questions, please contact the Zoning Administrator or a member of his staff. Respectfully, J. Benjamin Dick Zoning Administrator JBD/plf cc: Ruling File s. Mary Joy Scala, Planner Mr. Robert W. Tucker, Jr. , Director of Planning Mr. Frederick Payne, Deputy County Attorney
