SHOWING A CEMETERY ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT TO THE EDWARDS FAMILY CEMETERY AND PHYSICAL SURVEY," DATED
AUGUST 11, 2021 AND IS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 5600 AT PAGES 233-239 AND IN INSTRUMENT 202100014973 RESPECTIVELY.
2. NO TITLE REPORT FURNISHED IN THE PREPARATION OF THIS PLAT. THUS EASEMENTS AND ENCROACHMENTS MAY EXIST THAT ARE
