The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(15)] The names and addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements
affecting the property. Please label and add the information for TMP 25-22A and TMP 25-21.
2. [14-302 (A)(15)] On Sheet 2, under the label "T.M. 25-8 Residue = 100.00 acres", please revise "W.B." to
"D.B."
3. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed.
