Received thank you. The plats will be signed and ready for pick up this week. I'll let you know when they are ready, but
most likely tomorrow afternoon and Wednesday afternoon at the latest.
Yes, that is my understanding, the plat must be approved and recorded to pull permits. I believe you should bring a copy
of the recorded plat with you when applying for permits.

hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final submittal and approval.
Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our records and one
copy will be returned to you. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties
sign them, and have it notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

are laid out on the last prelim I sent over. In addition, my revision date is in the corner of the plat. The
note about the 31 acres is also in bold at bottom and I have added a space for the county agent to sign.
