As initially noted during the 12/2/2022
meeting, ACPR recommends a greenway
easement area in this general vicinity
(in lieu of the proposed proffered
dedication of the entire 21-acres),
in order to enable the on -site completion
of a loop trail connecting the planned
trails along Jacobs Run and North Fork
Rivanna River (prior to the planned future
off -site extension of the Jacobs Run
greenway trail to Chris Greene Lake Park)
