Good morning Kevin,
Please find attached pdf copies of the revised plats for Evergreen Home Builders (SUB2022-209, 210 & 211).
The plats have been revised to reflect your attached comments, dated January 10, 2023 as follows:
1. The plat of SUB2022-208 has been recorded and each attached plat has been revised to include the
recorded instrument number.
2. A revised date has been added to each plat.
3. Each plat has been revised to state that the property is located within a Water Supply Watershed.
We have been advised by the other planners to state whether it is or is not in a Water Supply Waterhsed,
and not state which one.
4. Ok (Groundwater Assessments).
5. Ok. Please let us know when you have received VDH approval.
Please review the revised plats at your earliest convenience and let me know if you have any other comments.
Please let us know when you receive VDH approval and the plats are ready for signatures.
