Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (a)(7)] On Sheet 2 at the legend, please revise any reference to T.M. 26-31 and T.M. 26-31A to T.M. 28-
31 and TM. 28-31A. First Revision: Comment partially addressed. There is still a reference to T.M. 26-31A in the
legend. Second Revision: Comment addressed.
2. [14-302 (a)(9)] According to Albemarle County GIS, it appears that both TMP 28-31 and TMP 28-31A both have
buildings on them. Please confirm and if they do, please add the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] and the
residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance." First Revision: Comment addressed.
3. [14-302 (a)(15)] On Sheet 2, please add the owner's name(s), deedbook, and page number for all abutting lots. First
Revision: Comment addressed.
4. [14-302 (b)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed. First Revision: Comment addressed.
5. [14-302 (b)(7)) On Sheet 1, please remove Note D. These two parcels are not located in an Agricultural and
Forestal District. First Revision: Comment addressed.
