Re: SUB202200180 TMP 58A1-3 and TMP 58A1-3A Victoria B. Graves Two -Lot Subdivision Plat - Review
Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (b)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are complete. First Revision: Comment
addressed.
2. [14-308 (1)] Groundwater assessment information. Please see the attached Tier II Groundwater Assessment.
First Revision: Comment addressed.
3. [14-309] Soils evaluations. The subdivider shall submit to the agent with each final plat the results of
percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface
drainfields, if conventional onsite sewage systems are proposed to be used in the development of the
subdivision, and the results are requested by the agent. These results shall be forwarded by the agent to the
health director. First Revision: Comment outstandine. Waitine for soils report from the aoDlicant. Second
Revision: Comment addressed. Please see the attached VDH approval letter.
4. [14-310] Health director approval of individual private wells and/or onsite sewage systems. First Revision:
Comment outstanding. First Revision: Comment outstanding. Waiting for soils report from the applicant.
Second Revision: Comment addressed. Please see the attached VDH approval letter
5. [14-312] Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey showing the
location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line or a
proposed street. First Revision: Comment addressed.
6. [14-316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. VDOT review and approval is required for the entrance
onto State Route 679. Comments/approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. First Revision:
Comment addressed. Please see the attached VDOT approval letter.
