Dear Mr. Langille :
Enclosed are revised plans for the above referenced project. Numbering below corresponds
with the comments received in an email on Monday, January 23, 2023 with responses as
follows:
1. Minor Site Plan Amendment — SDP202200064 has been added to the cover sheet.
2. Zoning information has been added to the cover sheet.
3. The building square footage has been added to the cover sheet.
4. Parking calculations are based on the approved parking allowance from SDP 199300018
which is shown on the cover sheet.
5. Easements have been added to the site plan, refer to C-3.0.
6. Two non -conforming parking stalls by the trash corral were removed from the plans on
C-3.0.
7. Drive thru lanes have been adjusted so that both lanes are now 11 feet wide. The width
of the drive lane separating the drive thru lanes from the 30-degree angled parks has
been maintained at greater than 12 feet. Refer to C-3.1 for dimensions. Dimensions for
this area were also added on C-3.0.
8. The drive lane on the south side of the building has been restriped for one way
circulation. Refer to C-3.0.

9. Images of landscaped area to be disturbed have been added to C-2.0. Since the existing
trees and shrubs are proposed to remain throughout construction, a new landscape
plan in not required.
10. Canopy color specification, wattage, and lumens have been added to the detail on sheet
SD-1.1.
Matthew Wentland's comments were incorporated in the above.
Khristopher Taggart's comments:
1. The Pantone color has been added on Sheet SD-1.1.
2. The level of illumination at ground level has been added on Sheet SD-1.1.
3. Additional emailed comment: The existing COD utilizes a 75W, 5000k fixture, 5700
lumens. The proposed will not increase the non -conformity of the existing which was
installed prior to the Entrance Corridor guidelines. The proposed footcandles at ground
level will meet the requirements of under 20 at a calculated level of 11.
Howard Lagomarsino's comments:
1. All notes have been added on Sheet C-2.0.
