Subject: SDP202200071 Gold Eagle Pool and Health Club Initial Site Plan - Site Review Committee Comment Letter
Hi Scott,
Attached is a copy of the Site Review Committee (SRC) comment letter for this initial site plan. ACSA, VDH, Inspections,
and ARB reviews are still pending. But I wanted to send this to you a little early because Engineering, Zoning, and
Planning have two comments that will need to be addressed prior to approval of the initial site plan. Those two
comments can be found on page 2 of the letter under Planning comments, and they are expanded on in the Engineering
Division comments on page 6.
I will need to take action to either approve or deny the initial site plan by Friday, February 24, 2023. If you will need
more time to address the comments, you may request deferral on my action for a period of up to 6 months.
Once you have looked over the comments, please let me know if you have any questions. I'd be glad to coordinate a
meeting between you and staff to go over anything if need be.
