Please find attached a revised pdf copy of the plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated February 2, 2023 as follows:
1. The tax map references in the legend on Sheet 2 have been corrected. Thanks for catching that.
2. Note C has been added to the plat under land use to state that Revised T.M. 28-31 contains a building site
that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
3. Section 14-302 a(15) references the required information for the subject parcel not the abutting lots. This
is a Composite Plat combining parcels and historically we have not done the required courthouse research of
the adjoining parcels. The Tax Map references are shown for additional informational purposes only and are
not required.
4. A revised date has been added to both sheets of the plat.
5. The GIS website is incorrect. This property is in an Agricultural and forestal district. Please refer to the
current ordinance.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for signatures.
