Section 14-302 a(15) references the required information for the subject parcel not the abutting lots. This is a Composite Plat combining parcels and historically we have not done the required courthouse research of the adjoining parcels. The Tax Map references are shown for additional informational purposes only and are not required. 4. A revised date has been added to both sheets of the plat. 5. The GIS website is incorrect. This property is in an Agricultural and forestal district. Please refer to the current ordinance.
