That for and in consideration of $84,750.00 cash, FHK Corporation
and Henry C. Miller and Rose S. Miller, his wife, grant, bargain, sell and
convey with GENERAL WARRANTY OF TITLE unto R. M. Davis, 3.227 acres, more or
less in Albemarle County, Virginia on the east side of U. S. Route 29 and
running back between parallel lines 562.72 feet and designated as Lots C and
C-1 on the attached plat of B. Aubrey Huffman, dated March 3, 1965, the northeast

corner of this property is subject to the gas line easement shown on the plat
and recorded in D. B. 290, p. 434. This is part of the property conveyed to
FHK Corporation and Henry C. Miller and Rose S. Miller, his wife, by the
National Bank and Trust Company at Charlottesville, Virginia and James W.
Robinson, Trustees, dated January 15, 1963, and recorded in D. B. 3859 p. 250,
plat on 253. Grantors will build a sanitary sewer to City of Charlottesville
specifications from 25 feet south of northwest corner of above lot north to
Greenbrier Drive and then down it and across the land of grantors and then
across easement D. B. 400 p. 168,.plat 171, to City of Charlottesville sewer
for benefit of lo•; herein conveyed.
By deed dated January 15, 1963 and recorded in D. B. 385, P.
255, Henry C. Miller and FHK Corporation conveyed this and other land in tract
to secure $120,000.00 to National -Bank and Trust Company at Charlottesville,
Virginia and Jame!; W. Robinson, Trustees.
In consideration of $10,000.00, paid to National Bank and Trust
Company of Charlottesville, Virginia and James W. Robinson, Trustees, to be
applied as a credit on the principal of said debt, the National Bank and
Trust Company and James W. Robinson, Trustees, release and confirm unto the
party of the second part the land and easement hereinabove conveyed, free
from the deed of trust in D. B. 385, -.p• 255, and request that the trustees do
likewise.
In consideration of the foregoing, Bernard P. Chamberlain and
George Gilmer, Trustees, grant, bargain, sell and convey with SPECIAL WARRANTY
OF TITLE unto the party of the second part, the land and easement hereinabove
conveyed, free from the deed of trust in D. B. 385, p• 255•
By deed dated December 11, 1964, and recorded in D. B. 403, P.
3841 FHK Corporation conveyed to George Gilmer and Carl E. Hennrich, Trustees,
one-half interest in the above land and other property, in trust to secure a
Demand Bearer Bonc. for $75,000.00 held by the State Planters Bank of
Commerce and Trust:.
In consideration of $20,000.00 paid to State Planters Bank of
Commerce and Trust: to be applied as credit on the principal of said debt, the
State Planters Bark of Commerce and Trust releases and confirms unto the party
of the second part. the land and easement hereinabove conveyed free from the
deed of trust in 11. B. 403, P. 384 and requests that the trustees do likewise.
In consideration of the foregoing, Carl E. Hennrich and George
Gilmer, Trustees, grant, bargain, sell and convey with SPECIAL WARRANTY OF TITLE
unto the party of the second part, the land and easement hereinabove conveyed
free from the deed of trust in D. B. 4039 P. 384.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, FHK Corporation has caused its name to be
signed by Charles Wm. Hurt, its President and its seal affixed and attested to
by Mildred Thomasson, its Secretary.
The National Bank and Trust Company at Charlottesville, Virginia
has caused its nacre to be signed by J. Robert Neal, Jr., its Trust Officer and
its seal affixed and attested to by E. C. Brown, its Cashier.
The State Planters Bank of Commerce and Trust has caused its name
to be signed as Bondholder by Wm. H. Neal, Jr., its Assistant Vice President
and its seal affixed and attested to by Richard H. Dilworth, its Assistant
Secretary.
The same is given under the Hands and Seals of all the other
